Waz and Elle
Dive Operations Managers – PADI IDC Staff Instructors
This Australian dive team has come to Fiji after managing a dive shop in the Caribbean for two years. Both Waz (short for "Warren") and Elle (pronounced "Ellie") are instructors and Waz is an accomplished skipper as well.

You'll find Waz to be an outgoing, friendly, "no-worries" Aussie who loves to be in the water. Soft-spoken Elle is very patient with a smile that will make you feel just right.

Waz and Elle have been with Castaway for two years now. They have expanded Castaways dive sites from twenty to over thirty seven and love showing visitors to Fiji how fantastic the diving really is.

The Mamanuca's has been his home since birth. Jerry has been an instructor for over 15 years and with Castaway Dive for 3 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and is a very proficient instructor.

Iliano Vakalelevesi
PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor

From Macuata Village in Vanua Levu, Iliano has been working for Castaway Dive for 5 years. Iliano is known for his excellent customer service skills and for being an excellent teacher.

Isimeli Loganimoce
PADI Assistant Instructor

A Kadavu lad from Nabukelevu, Simeli has been with Castaway Dive for 8 years.

He is the team's forever smiling Boat Master with a thorough knowledge of the intricate reef system both above and in the water.

Veresa Naiqara
PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer

Originally from Mau Village, Veresa has been with Castaway Island for 13 years.

Veresa has an affinity for teaching young children instilling them with confidence.

Eric Emberson
PADI Divemaster

Papa!! as everybody affectionately calls him has been diving for almost 20 years having done thousands of dives in Fiji. Eric recently retired but still joins Castaway Dive team occasionally when needed.

From Waya Yalobi, in the Yasawas, Navi returned to our Castaway Family after working abroad. He is a proficient Boat Master and an outstanding Divemaster.
