Castaway Dive School
Castaway Diving, owned and operated by the resort, is an internationally recognized diver training school, and is an accredited PADI Five Star Gold Palm resort facility. Accreditation and recognition were granted due to our level of professionalism and the structure of our on-site dive facility. All instruction is carried out to the highest standards using only the latest teaching materials and equipment.
PADI Discover Scuba Diving - If you have never experienced the beauty and wonder of the underwater world with scuba diving, here is your chance! Forty five minutes of video class presentation, followed by a pool session with your instructor and you're ready for your first open water dive under supervision. On completion of your first dive you will be awarded a certificate of recognition and can undertake further dives with your instructor. (min age 10) more info...
 PADI Open Water Certification Course - Become a qualified diver in our four day open water diver course. All equipment and training materials are supplied. Our team of professional instructors will ensure learning to dive is fun and simple. (min age 10 - restrictions apply)
PADI Open Water Referral - Complete all your class and pool at your local PADI dive shop and then finish your open water training dives in our perfect weather, diving the beautiful reefs that surround Castaway Island. Includes all equipment needed and training materials for certification. (min age 10 - restrictions apply)
PADI Adventure Diver & Advanced Course - Increase your awareness and enjoyment of diving with our two 'experience' courses designed to show you the diversity scuba offers. Deep dive or night dive, or choose from the list of dives available including photography with this short one or two day course. (min age 12 - restrictions apply)
PADI Emergency First Responder - Learn how to provide emergency care for someone in need.
PADI Rescue Diver Course - This five day course utilizes reading, lectures and audio visual instructions as well as practical rescue work at sea delivering valuable training for all divers.
PADI Divemaster Course - For the experienced diver, this is the first rung in the professional diving ladder available to rescue divers. Learn to supervise students in training and lead dives. Full details on application. (min age 18)
Specialty Diving Courses - A PADI specialty course gives you the chance to gain experience in many diving environments. These courses are short and enjoyable and include all standard and specialized equipment required for each course. (min age 12 - restrictions apply)
