PASTA & DELICIOUS ALTERNATIVES
Our pasta is made fresh on island and each dish is made to order.

Choose from fettuccine or linguine with a selection of sauces:
Bolognese - Sautéed prime beef, pancetta, tomato, onion, fresh herbs
Puttanesca - Tomato, anchovies, garlic, black olives
Pesto - Sweet basil, garlic, toasted pine nuts, shaved Parmesan

CARAMEL CHICKEN
Thigh fillets caramelized with brown sugar, wilted broccoli with sweet soy over steamed rice

VEGETARIAN NOODLES
Fresh vegetables, ginger and Asian noodles wok fried with sesame oil

LAMB KEBABS WITH SAFFRON RICE
Lamb marinated with island spices, yoghurt, coriander and ginger over rice with sultanas and toasted flaked almonds

SWEET ONION AND FETA TART
Balsamic caramelized onion, crumbled feta and oregano with salad greens


SEAFOOD
Caught fresh locally and delivered to the island daily

KOKODA
Fiji’s famous deep sea walu marinated with onion, tomato, fresh lime, coconut cream and a hint of chili, served chilled

Fresh island fish fillet grilled or battered tempura style, tartar sauce, salad greens and fries

SALT & PEPPER PRAWNS AND CALAMARI
Shallow fried prawns and calamari, sweet chili dipping sauce and salad greens

GREEN LIP MUSSELS LAKSA STYLE
New Zealand green lip mussels, Thai spices, ginger, lemongrass, coconut cream

SPICY SQUID SALAD
Wok fried squid with coriander, mint, sweet basil over salad greens and a chili garlic dressing

CASTAWAY CAESAR
Crisp cos lettuce tossed with anchovy dressing, bacon, garlic croutons and shaved Parmesan

Sun ripened seasonal tropical fruits including papaya, watermelon, banana, mango, pineapple and coconut
